1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trigger Transfers Marketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. To purchase handguns, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent that you meet these age requirements and are legally permitted to engage in firearm-related transactions in your jurisdiction.

3. Legal Compliance

All firearm transactions facilitated through this Platform must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Transfers of firearms must be conducted through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer where required by law. It is the sole responsibility of buyers and sellers to ensure legal compliance in their respective jurisdictions.

4. Prohibited Listings

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Stolen firearms or items with removed/altered serial numbers
• Illegal modifications or unregistered NFA items
• Straw purchases or facilitating transfers to prohibited persons
• Items prohibited under federal, state, or local law
• Misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate listings

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, impersonate others, or use the Platform for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Listing Content

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing descriptions or the outcome of any transaction.

7. Fees & Payments

Certain features, including featured listings and memberships, require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@triggertransfers.com.

8. Disclaimers

Trigger Transfers Marketplace is a venue connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or take possession of any items listed. We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the fitness of items for any purpose. Use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trigger Transfers Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss arising from a transaction between users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
